As I was laying down by Nate tonight, I decided to tell him the story of the birth of Jesus. I was telling him about the Wisemen bringing gifts for the baby Jesus and this fact was of particular interest to him. He wanted to know what the gifts were. When I told him that one of the Wisemen brought gold, he exclaimed, "we should give baby Jesus a treasure chest!" Then he decided that what would make a really great gift would be a treasure chest filled with donuts!
I don't know what he would have said about frankincense or myrrh!
